Basketball & Volleyball Strength and Performance training in Halifax, Nova Scotia. With access to gold standard sport science technology, we pride ourselves in our ability to deliver key performance variables and provide effective communication on athlete health and performance to parents. If your current trainer isn’t testing, they’re probably guessing.
The purpose of this program is to give court sport athletes in Nova Scotia access to high-level sport-specific training. We want to raise the standard for athletic development, athlete health, and performance.
Anybody can train - this is for the athlete who wants to take the next step.

Our Full Court training group offers athletes an unmatched training experience. Our focus is to train all aspects of basketball & volleyball performance. From injury reduction to increasing your vertical jump, we'll be able to help you. Lead Coach Ethan, has vast experience working with middle school, high school and university basketball/volleyball athletes.
